Request account and data deletion
You can ask Williation to delete your account and associated personal data. If you can sign in, please also check your account settings for any available export or delete options before submitting a request.
To request deletion, email us from the address linked to your Williation account. Include your full name, account email address, and the words "Account deletion request" in the subject line.
What happens next
We may ask you to verify control of the account email address before processing the request. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless we need to retain limited information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons.
If you want a copy of your account data before deletion, request an export first. Once deletion is completed, cloud data associated with the account may no longer be recoverable.
